Zero gap welds are generally found in industries such as pipeline and pressure vessel. The joints are characterized by extremely narrow joint, alternative occurrence of edge misalignment and possible irregular tacked points, resulting in poor joint consistency and difficulty in controlling welding accuracy. Zero gap Welding Seam Tracking System developed by Intelligent-Laser can be quickly installed either on industrial robots or special-purpose welding machines, capable of precisely detecting the welding gap as small as 0.08mm. Through visual guidance, the programmed welding path is modified continuously to compensate for position variation to ensure the weld bead is precisely deposited in the joint, achieving accurate and efficient welding process.
Featuring high detection accuracy, fast seam tracking speed and high reliability, and adaptable for laser welding, MIG welding and TIG welding of different sheet metals, the Welding Seam online Tracking & offline Finding Sensors for sheet metal developed by Intelligent-Lase have been widely used in various industries, including sheet metal box, pipeline, vessel and kitchenware and enclosure.
Medium-thick plate welding seam tracking & finding sensor series developed by Intelligent-Laser are designed for seam tracking and finding and offline programmed welding for medium and thick plates, which is capable of effectively solving the problems caused by poor consistency, poor precision and thermal deformation of the work-piece and ensures that the weld bead is precisely deposited in the joint, thus achieving intelligent welding process. This series of products are adaptable for MAG welding, MIG welding and SAW and have been widely used in various industries, including engineering machinery, steel structure, auto industry and pipeline.
Wide Field of View Seam Tracking Sensor is a series product developed by IntelligentLaser. It can collect the seam information for workpieces with complex structures such as membrane water-cooled walls, container corrugated plates, transformer tank, corrugated heat sinks, etc. Pre-scanning algorithm from CUTEWELDER software can achieve path planning for multiple weld beads with one single scan, and improve the efficiency of welding operations.
General Seam Tracking & Seam Finding Sensor is a series of product developed by IntelligentLaser. It is a high-speed and compact 3D laser vision system for real-time seam tracking such as laser welding, laser hybrid welding and laser brazing. It ensures to guide the robot to find the joint accurately. It is designed for robotic welding processes and it can be applied for all types of welding materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys.
Laser Sensor For Special welding machine, by using laser vision sensors to quickly scan the workpiece before (or during) welding, the spatial coordinate data of the workpiece joint is obtained. The collected data is processed in real-time through the product and signals are transmitted to the PLC or XY linear and columns, enabling the executing mechanism to adjust the original program based on the current workpiece position.
