The laser sensor is responsible for the active collection of seam information, while the control host is responsible for the real-time processing of this information, guiding industrial robots or welding machines to autonomously correct the programmed path to meet the demands of intelligent production.


For fully automated welding applications such as robots or dedicated automatic welding machines, the alignment of the welding torch within the permissible precision range of the process is primarily ensured by the machine's programming and memory capabilities, as well as the precision and consistency of the workpiece and its assembly.
